Sunil Kumar

Sunil is a co-founder of InfiCare. He leads InfiCare’s overall operations to ensure delivery of high quality services.  He has extensive experience in Medical billing as well as twenty plus years of experience in client servicing and managing outsourced operations. Prior to joining InfiCare Services, Sunil was branch manager responsible for sales, customer service and operations in an $85 million corporate travel division of Sheraton Welcomgroup and ITC. He managed interactions with business partners and managed key corporate clients including Whirlpool, Mitsubishi, CitiBank, Coca-Cola, British Consulate, MasterCard, Siemens and International Labor Organization. Sunil has experience working in India and has traveled to US, Europe and Asia for business.

Sunil has a BS degree in Economics with honors from University of Delhi, India. As part of continued professional development, he has taken courses in Marketing & Sales Management, Public relations and Advertising

Sandeep Yadav

Sandeep is co-founder of InfiCare’s India operations and heads InfiCare’s Indian subsidiary company. Sandeep is an experienced and dynamic general management executive accomplished at growing and managing high performance, complex-process service delivery operations.

Sandeep has over eight years of work experience in Information Technology and BPO. He brings on board diverse and cross-functional exposure in Operations, Customer Service as well as Technology functions. He works closely with Human Resources and delivery workforce to focus on optimization and efficiency and is well versed with pressures of dealing with challenging clients in US and India. Prior to InfiCare, he worked with vCustomer and Hero Group of Companies and held strategic positions in Operations Management, Training & Development and Process Migrations. His academic background is in Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Applications and Business Administration.

Quinn Masi

As Director of Sales, Quinn Masi brings his extensive business development background to InfiCare attracting new clients while strengthening solid business relationships with current client companies. Prior to joining InfiCare, Quinn worked as a Business Development Manager for a large national B2B company establishing relationships with current and potential customers. Quinn managed multiple multi-million dollar and high-end accounts for the company while developing and delivering new revenue streams, excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with external business partners. Quinn has traveled extensively and has studied, worked and lived in the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Quinn has a BS degree in Business Management from Southern Virginia University (SVU). While at SVU, Quinn supported the Student Council and international students interpreting Cambodian and French as needed. He participated and excelled in various sports including football and wrestling. Quinn received a number of collegiate awards for community service and excellence. Quinn resides in Centerville, Virginia with his wife and son.
