- Access your system remotely & review aging on regular basis.
- Trace old payments / EOB & update into your system.
- Provides regular feedbacks on your billing & can help you to decrease error rate.
- We can also resubmit the claims from your billing system which on Insurance records is “not-on-file”. We will appeal and take corrective actions on denials.
- Help analyze EOB denials resulting in prompt actions on denied claims.
- Follow up on all payers – Insurance carriers, TPA, Worker’s Compensation Board (WCB).
- Provide regular reports of results of A/R follow up either directly into client’s system or on excel sheets as well as monthly updates on AR progress.
