Since 2002 we at InfiCare provide services to medical billing companies, healthcare providers, collection companies and other organizations. We are based in northern Virginia. Our Business Process Outsourcing team focuses on onshore-offshore medical billing and coding, insurance follow up and soft collections using outstanding teams of professionals.

We are not a marketing office nor brokers for others. We do not use any partners/affiliates/contractors/work-at-home. Your information does not leave our organization. One hundred percent of work is done by our own staff from our offices in the US and India.

While anyone will save you money with outsourcing, we will also make the process easier, successful and well integrated with rest of your organization. Our customers find us responsive in resolving any issues. We currently focus on medical billing for providers across USA.

InfiCare Services is our second venture into outsourcing. In 1994 we were part of management team that founded what has become today one of the largest outsourcing services companies in its vertical using US+offshore model. We grew the company adding one customer at a time, retaining the customers and growing with them. We understand what it really means to deliver on promises and meet quality and turnaround time objectives.
